Employee Parking & Transportation Manager (TDM)
Annual Salary Range: $120,000 - $135,000; Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential
Work Modality: Remote
Location: Seattle/Kirkland, SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Phoenix preferred

The Commute Manager will plan, organize, direct and coordinate the activities of all Mobility programs and will be a dedicated resource to identify program needs at each location.
They will work closely with multiple stakeholders throughout a portfolio to create an alignment on program standards while supporting development and implementation of parking and transportation solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide support to all Facilities, Parking and Transportation Teams Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the activities of all Mobility programs Develop an Employee Commuter Master Plan to implement across all locations Standardize transportation signage across all locations Create, distribute and analyze an employee commuter survey to better understand possible commuting options for employees Create signage and marketing material for commuter programs Relationship management with landlord and neighboring tenants Be involved in meetings across multiple teams to ensure an appropriate level of transparency with partners Proactively communicate any impact to neighboring tenants and/or teams Identify the head count to parking space ratio for each building and forecast parking demand Work with the Real Estate team to evaluate property parking needs for current and future sites Create facility traffic flow patterns, identify optimal space designation and make proactive recommendations to enhance operations and optimize site efficiency Coordinate fleet management and storage of vehicles Facilitate the decommissioning of vehicles and collaborate with transport teams Implement transportation programs such as carpool, vanpool and shuttle operations Work with all stakeholders to create and deploy EV Charging Programs that optimize charger throughput and minimize investment in EV infrastructure to mitigate cost and maximize charging capacity of each site.
Parking facilities management - Cleaning, Charging and Maintenance Ensure parking areas are kept clean and pressure washing is completed on a regular schedule Ensure all EV chargers are working properly and coordinates with the Chargepoint team to complete any maintenance Ensure all parking equipment such as Gates, Lift Arms, RFID Scanners, Delineators and garage lighting is working properly Valet parking management Liaison between on-site management team, stakeholders and property management Create valet parking plans based on site parking inventory and consider OSHA, state and safety compliance standards Research alternative employee or valet parking options within proximity of the site Develop and implement transportation goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
Plan, organize and direct alternative transportation activities including public transit, shuttles and bicycle education programs, and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program.
Assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.
Plan and implement research on transit, bikeway, pedestrian and TDM program short and long term plans.
Assist with obtaining federal, state, and local operating permits and review and recommend award of transit contract; oversee contract governance.
Prepare the transportation budget; assist in budget implementation; participate in the forecasting of investments in program staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; administer the approved budget.
Recommend the appointment of personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; conduct performance evaluations; implement discipline procedures as required; maintain discipline and high standards necessary for the efficient and professional operation of the department.
Act as the primary staff contact for transportation; direct the preparation of agendas and all agenda items for meetings.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, other employees and the public using principles of good customer service.
Represent the division and department to outside agencies and organizations; participate in outside community and professional groups and committees; provide technical assistance as necessary.
Research and prepare technical and administrative reports; prepare written correspondence.
Quality and Assurance Conduct site evaluations of existing assets Lead and support the parking and transportation team Establishing a regular meeting cadence to review program OKR’s and KPI’s.
