We're a dynamic Seattle biotech company seeking an on-site Office & Customer Service Coordinator to keep our business running smoothly and our clients happy.

Who You Are:
- Local resident (greater Seattle area)
- 2+ years of experience in office management and admin support
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills, with ability to do basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and web technologies such as Dropbox and Google
- Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly
- Ability to research and find answers independently
- Excellent communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Customer support by phone and email, including basic troubleshooting
- Manage office facilities, vendors, equipment, and telecom systems
- Admin support for CEO
- Purchasing, receiving, and shipping
- Onboard new employees and update benefits portal
- Send patient surveys and maintain monthly support reports
- Coordinate on-site meetings and catering
