Inventory/shipping Coordinator

Requirements: Ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Capacity to lift, push, and pull weights ranging from 20 to 40 pounds for up to 8 hours.
Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions.
Strong customer service skills are essential.
Prior experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
Familiarity with Office Suite and Smartsheets.
Key Duties Include: Resolving RMAs and managing inventory transactions.
Assisting with invoice clearing and review.
Creating sales orders and handling OPS supplies.
Providing facilities assistance and hardware inspection as needed.
Performing miscellaneous projects assigned by management.
Packaging, labeling, and shipping responsibilities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with optional overtime available.
