The ideal candidate for this position would:
Have a strong work ethic, be very reliable, care about own performance and customer satisfaction.
Work well with people, be a problem solver, be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Provide superior follow-through and work with minimal supervision.
Work with designers/homeowners' vision to create quality product on jobsite.
Schedule is 5 days per week, including some Saturdays.
