We are currently seeking passionate, hardworking individuals to join our team as Barista/Cashiers.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and serve high-quality Vietnamese coffee and specialty beverages to our valued customers.
* Ensure consistent execution of coffee recipes and presentation standards, maintaining the highest level of product quality.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, and handling cash transactions with utmost integrity.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas.
* Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
* Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to handle high volume and fast-paced situations with composure and efficiency.
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and following proper food handling procedures.
* Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to expand knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and customer service skills.
* Embrace teamwork, supporting fellow team members in delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
* Refill, stock up throughout the day.
From things we sell like coffee mix, foam, ice to merch.
Restocks shelves when necessary.
Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, windows and grinders, and takes out trash, etc.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience as a barista or cashier in a high-volume coffee shop or food service establishment is preferred.
* Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of various brewing methods and specialty coffee concepts.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle high volume situations efficiently.
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
* Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to move and stand for a long period of time.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
