ProbablyMonsters is looking for a friendly & curious Senior Producer that wants to help create a new competitive shooter.

In this role, you will report to the Production Director and be responsible for partnering with internal teams, as well as external vendors and co-development studios, to define and achieve production milestones.
Location(s) and Travel Our team is excited to welcome new remote team members*, with expected online collaboration hours from 10am – 4pm PST.
Our goal is to grow a healthy team where we value our time together, so travel to our in-person collaborative sessions can be expected, but not limited to, once a quarter.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Partner with your teams to successfully drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision.
Coordinate dependency planning across our studio, internal central teams, and outsourcing vendors, identifying gaps and risks to build mitigation plans.
Lead roadmap planning activities for your teams, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations and resourcing.
Collaborate with team leads to determine and deliver on external development needs.
Leverage your knowledge of vendor management to identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows with our external and cross-functional partners.
Perform vendor quality reviews with internal teams and assist external partner communications and performance feedback.
In collaboration with internal partners such as our Legal and External Development team, manage vendor contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of related game development experience in a production or similar role.
Experience working with vendors and co-development studios on feature and/or content development.
Experience working with a variety of modern software development production processes (e.
g.
Agile).
Experience with project tracking software (e.
g.
JIRA).
Experience building out capacity plans, forecasting projections and updating schedules/roadmaps for cross-discipline game features and/or projects.
Effective at communicating, both written and verbally, with a wide variety of people and skill sets both inside and outside of the development studio.
Experience leading and functioning in ambiguous, collaborative environments.
Experience maintaining excellent relationships with, and proven ability to lead meetings for, a variety of stakeholders.

The full salary range for this position is $117,300 - $176,000 per year.

In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as a sign-on bonus and short- and long-term incentives.
