*Position Description*
*Information Technology (IT) Analyst*
*Responsibilities and Duties*
The employee shall provide a variety of IT Analyst services to include, but not limited to the following:
* *Proficient in SharePoint design and development: *Employee will assist with the maintaining and updating of District's SharePoint site.
Work involves supporting updates and design changes to the site; training users of subsites and providing them ongoing assistance; troubleshooting operational issues.
* *SharePoint:* Employee will assist with the maintaining and updating of District's SharePoint site.
Work involves supporting updates and design changes to the site; training users of subsites and providing them ongoing assistance; troubleshooting operational issues.
* *IT Unit Support and Operational Tasks:* Other duties include iPad/iPhone Support geared toward maximizing employees' effective use of iPad and iPhone functions.
This position will provide technical end-user documentation, support, training, and troubleshooting services.
* *IT Unit Support and Operational Tasks:* Duties include providing users support through the IT Helpdesk.
This duty includes providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance to systems users to resolve recurring computer systems problems related to both hardware and software applications.
Employee shall elevate complex issues to Government employee IT staff.
Operational tasks include helping to maintain IT inventory records, assisting with District Voice over IP (EvoIP) telecommunications system.
* *IT User Guides and Reference Material:* Employee shall create and/or update documentation for application end users.
Material shall be disseminated to appropriate office personnel and routinely updated.
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (i.
e.
, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
* Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.

, Forms developments, editing, production)
* Ability to use, understand and maintain directories, personnel lists, and other guides, and references to provide a variety of information on the office and to refer questions to other offices.
* Skill in meeting and dealing with people courteously and tactfully.
* Skill in operating a personal computer.
The work is performed in an office setting; some walking, standing, bending and must be able to lift records boxes of 25-35 pounds.
This position may require some travel.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.
