*Requirements*
· High School diploma or GED
· Two or more years of experience in a customer service or support role
· Superior customer service skills, remaining calm and professional with customers and vendors
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, & Outlook, basic retail Math skills as well as Internet browsing
· Resourceful and organized
*Summary of duties*
The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to sales and showroom staff.
Meet and greet the customers in the Best Plumbing Showroom, ensuring showroom is clean and professional.
· Communicate with manufacturers for status on orders, lead time and availability of products.
· Monitor and organize submitted purchase orders and confirmations
· Take incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm future appointments
· Field questions and direct to appropriate person
· Assist with quotes and orders for sales staff
· Assist customers with issues including product or order trouble shooting, warranties, product care, use of website, etc.
· Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization and supports scheduling of maintenance
· Create and administer delivery lists
· Oversee SPIFF program
· Year-end inventory
· Open and close showroom
