$200 for 3-Hour UW Health Study (Seattle)

Want to earn $200 while helping UW scientists reduce racial bias in medicine? We are seeking healthy adults to participate in a medical research study to help develop a next generation pulse oximeter that is accurate for all skin tones.
This study will measure oxygen supply (pulse oximetry) in a new way without racial bias.
Participants will have optical images recorded from their hand and have arterial blood draws while breathing air with different levels of oxygen.
Study procedures will last around 3 hours.
At the end, you will be offered a $200 debit card.
The study takes place at the University of Washington, near the light rail station.
If you drive, we'll pay for your parking.
Participants must be 18-50 years old and not have heart or lung conditions, including COPD or uncontrolled asthma.
You must not be obese, have diabetes or hypertension, smoke, drink heavily, be currently pregnant, have anemia, or have a circulation disorder.
