For over 30 years we have taken pride in producing the highest quality plant material for Garden Centers and landscapers in the Pacific Northwest.
T&L grows approximately 4 million plants of over 2500 varieties per year making us one of the largest and most diverse growers in the region.

Our Non-CDL delivery drivers drive a 26’ box trucks to deliver our high-quality grown plants to our Washington and Oregon areas.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Work with the delivery drivers’ team to accomplish the following:
· Deliver product within assigned route schedule and in a timely manner
· Unloads product
· Hand load product onto trucks as required
· Completes Department of Transportation (DOT) logs
· Picks up, loads and unloads damaged goods and customer returns
· Wraps carts with stretch wrap
· Perform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip
· Check weather conditions and road reports before departure
· OSHA Safety compliance
· Notify manager of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered
· Maintain, good driving record, and meet all federal and state regulations while driving.
*SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*
· Ability to push/pull 50lbs
· Valid Driver license
· Clean driving record for several years
· Current medical DOT card (*Must have*)
· Current driver’s abstract (*Must have*)
· Ability to understand and execute verbal.
· Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends during busy season
