Preschool Assistant Teacher

Duties: - Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment - Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere - Provide individualized attention and support to each child - Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development - Use effective behavior management techniques - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the best possible learning experience for each child - Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development Skills: - Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience working with children, preferably in a preschool setting - Ability to develop and implement engaging curriculum activities - Knowledge of behavior management strategies - Familiarity with working with children on the autism spectrum - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong classroom management abilities - Understanding of childhood development milestones - Proficiency in literacy education techniques - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our Preschool Teachers.
