Job Description: As a Math and Reading Grader at Kumon Downtown Burien, you will play a crucial role in helping young learners achieve academic success.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with students, providing feedback on their math and reading assignments, and assisting them in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities: Grade Student Work: Accurately assess and grade math and reading assignments according to Kumon's grading standards.
Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students, helping them understand their mistakes and guiding them toward improvement.
Collaborate with Instructor/employees: Communicate when students need extra guidance based on their graded work.
Qualifications: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in order to ensure fair and consistent grading.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are also important for success in this role.
