The Center Specialist is responsible for full operations of the Kumon center including instruction, center management, communication, accounting, marketing, customer service.
The Center Specialist will support the training of our employees and potential franchisees by providing a model center in which they can work and learn.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to evening hours and limited weekends as needed
• Ability to work alternative shift/schedules based on center needs
Responsibilities:
• Address all incoming parent/guardian inquiries by providing information about the Kumon Method, signing parents/guardian up for an orientation, and making follow-up contact.
• Conduct Parent Orientations and Placement Testing to enroll students.
• Participate in Kumon trainings and develop knowledge of the Kumon method and aims of the worksheets through ongoing intensive study of the Kumon Math and Reading Worksheets.
• Perform student instruction, develop lesson plans and set goals for each student in order to properly administer individual instruction.
• Provide assistance/guidance to students, adhering to Kumon Method standards
• Provide on‐going assessment of student skills development.
• Observe students and their performance on worksheets
• Assist in training staff members.
• Support local marketing initiatives in the Center.
• Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position; 37.
