Troy-Bilt 3100 PSI Pressure Washer - $50 (Maple Valley)

Up for sale is a Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer (3100 PSI).
It comes with it hose and three different spray tips.
The problem is I haven't been able to get it started for a long time.
I replaced the spark plug but maybe it's not seated correctly.
And I don't have the strength to crank it over.
So if you're mechanically-minded, this would be a great deal.
I'm asking $50 or best offer.
