ISO:
Do you have a schoolmaster or lesson horse who is tired of toting a multitude of unbalanced riders?
Looking for an offsite care lease near
📍Redmond, WA📍
➡️ Will only be doing flatwork so doesn’t need to jump.
Low-stress environment.
Will not be competing, nor overworked.
Looking for:
⭐️ Adult beginner friendly (I will be under the guidance of an experienced, professional trainer).
⭐️ Would love a puppy dog/in your pocket personality.
⭐️ Can be English or western as I ride both.
⭐️ Prefer geldings, but open to non-mare-ish mares.
⭐️ Solid w/t/c (especially canter as I am learning) and *sound.
*
⭐️ Nothing green, nor a horse that’s been sitting too long.
⭐️ Confident leading on trails and comfortable in the arena.
⭐️ Bombproof and SAFE, including around kiddos (although they will not be riding).
⭐️ Trailers well, good with for farrier/vet.
⭐️ Gets along with other horses.
⭐️ More whoa than go 🐢 (barrel racers need not apply.
🤪
In turn, your horse would:
💖 Be loved and spoiled on a daily basis at a 5🌟 home.
💖 Have a large, bedded stall with an attached run and daily turnout (with or without a buddy, depending on your preference).
💖 Fed premium alfalfa and Timothy hay (3-4x/day), supplements (2x/day), and grain (2x/day).
💖 Have routine farrier care every 6 weeks and vet care as needed.
💖 Have regular chiro and massage.
💖 You’d be sent lots of photos with updates (if you’d like) and visits are encouraged so you can check on your baby.
🥰
I am a greener rider, but not new to horse ownership.
I take excellent care of my horses and have a gentle hand.
I’m a big proponent of positive reinforcement.
The beautiful barn is new and has access to miles of trails.
Happy to provide references (ie.
vet, farrier, barn owner)! 🙂
