Most of my plants are perennials----plants that remain in the landscape year after year, though a few die back in winter only to return in spring.
I have only a couple of annuals (so indicated).
PLEASE NOTE: Prices may change slightly for spring 2024 as I account for my increased expenses.
All my plants are native to the Puget Sound Basin or nearby, with only one exception: Incense Cedar (explanation below) I show and sell my plants by appointment only----but I'm flexible, so I can meet when convenient for you.
I accept cash only.
Prices include sales tax and are as good or better than any you'll find.
No pesticides or fungicides used, and only organic compost.

DORMANT---BACK IN SPRING Licorice Fern (Polypodium glycyrrhiza)~~Hard-to-find fern for shady, damp locations.
If summer conditions are too hot and dry for it, it goes dormant and returns with the fall rains.
This is the fern you see growing on moss on boulders and on bigleaf maple trees and stumps.

Sword Fern (Polystichum munitum)~~Sun or shade, dry or moist, to 3-5' tall.
The evergreen keystone of the native PNW yard.
Old dead fronds form a skirt that shelters wildlife.

It is a beautiful conical-shaped cedar native to California and Oregon at higher elevations (not alpine) as far north as Yamhill County.
It prefers some sun, and it’s more tolerant of heat and drought than Western Red Cedar.
Some are planting it here because it will likely do better than Western Red Cedar as climate change progresses.
