is currently seeking professional, energetic people to join our on-site team! Currently, we have openings for part-time and full-time on-site officers in Seattle off First Ave.
Job Summary Responsible for protecting a 4 tower apartment complex and providing excellent customer service to both residents and visitors at a Seattle icon.
Responds to security related calls including lock outs, suspicious persons, and assisting the public.
Complete routine reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activity; interviewing witnesses and issuing trespass admonishments.
Prevent client losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
Ability to: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and communicate in a professional manner with managers, residents, staff, and public.
Maintain a professional uniformed appearance and demeanor at all times.
Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
Think and act quickly and effectively in emergencies.
Analyze situations accurately and make appropriate decisions in a timely manner.
Provide clear and concise instructions to constituents in a variety of unexpected situations or emergencies.
Observe and report facts/information accurately.
This includes providing written factual reports.
Understand and operate physical security devices such as video cameras and access control if needed.
Requirements: Must have a clean background.
Obtain WA State Unarmed Guard License.
Must be able to pass drug screen.
Clean driving record.
Must be able to push/pull/carry 50 lbs.
Previous Security, or Military service (\*\*preferred\*\*).
Certifications: * O/C Pepper Spray / Mace (or within 3 months of hire).
* ASP tactical baton (or within 6 months of hire) * Taser certification.
