So I just went through a divorce after 40 years.
Recovering from a bad medication after a surgery.
I’m an older clean cut non smoker.
I specialize in painting , beautiful trim carpentry, and still do some tile.
I will do SOME framing if needed.
I have tools for painting and carpentry.
I’m looking for a clean environment with a bathroom.
I’m an open minded person with lots of great stories!! I can chip in on utilities.
I have lots of references and can pass a background check and drug test.
