Male seeking Room for long term rental (Lakewood/Parkland/JBLM)

I am seeking a quiet room in an owner occupied or managed home.
I work at JBLM and seeking something within 10 miles or so.
If you want a guaranteed rent check and a no "Hassel" renter then I'm your guy.
I need a standard room with a closet for clothes storage etc.
I travel allot for work and gone for weeks/months at a time, so I need a secure place for my things and a place to park my car without it getting towed or ticketed on the street.
I try to keep minimal possessions, so I don't have allot of things and I have my own bedroom stuff, so I don't need a bed or mattress.
I am up early (4am) and usually back by 4pm in which I cook a quick meal and retreat to my room to chill.
I have to maintain a security clearance so I can't be with housemates that do narcotics of any kind which is why I need to vacate my current housing situation in the Parkland area.
I will fill you in with the details if asked.
Looking for $600 price range, if I do need to travel I will "post date" rent check for you to cover my time away.
