35 gay male moving to Seattle (Seattle)

I am currently living in the Portland area and looking to move to Seattle.
I am 35 gay male looking for another gay male roommate.
I would like to find a place that is furnished, kind of looking to start over.
I am originally from NorCal, I moved to Portland in 2019.
Been employed with the state through the pandemic, doing HR in office admin related work.
Always wanted to live in the Seattle area and decided to just go for it.
I do not have a position lined up there but I feel like I can find something pretty quickly with my resume and background.
Kind of looking for a buddy to show me around and help me get settled there.
Ideally would like to find something for about $500 to $650, could probably afford more when I start working.
I don't have a car but I can take public transportation and I Uber a lot.
