WANTED: One Bedroom with Private Bathroom for March 1

I'm a retired single male looking for one bedroom with a private bathroom in a clean residence for about $1,000 a month plus utilities, Internet, etc.
for March 1.
I prefer a male room-mate.
I'm looking to live with just one other person.
The residence needs to have a washer and dryer and a kitchen that I can use.
I would probably never use the living or dining room.
While at home I spend most of my time in my "man cave" bedroom where I have my TV, computer and books.
So you would very seldom see me.
I don't do any entertaining.
Nor do I have any overnight quests.
I have no pets or children.
I am a non-smoker and I don't do drugs.
I am a Navy veteran and college educated.
I am clean, neat, organized, laid back, quiet, considerate with a good sense of humor.
I have been at my current residence for over 17 years and my landlord will confirm that you would be hard-pressed to find a better tenant than me.
I have excellent credit.
