My Housemates and I are looking for a fourth person to be a housemate.
March 1 2024 move in date.
We are looking for a House to rent in South Seattle near mass transit.
We would like to keep the monthly rent at $900(+/-) per month +Utils per person.
Beacon Hill 98144, 98108, Columbia City 98118.
There are several S Seattle houses that could fit our needs if we can together.
We already have Pets, so we will not be able to take on anymore.
We are 420 and LGBTQ friendly.
We are all employed and looking for a stable person to join us.
We are looking for a 4BD home with space for an office.
