I'm seeking a quiet room in a quiet home in exchange for helping with daily upkeep and weekly household chores and help with utilities.
I work at the TG/Mary Bridge Hospital on weekends with the Concierge team.
I can be responsible for my own food, personal supplies and can help with $400mo toward utilities,internet etc.
I've recently returned to Tacoma after working in Seattle as a Corporate Security Specialist for 5 years.
I also used to work here in Tacoma as a Security Officer for 7 years.
I'd like to be clear that my intention in seeking a live-in housekeeper/assistant is with a view to finding a quiet and inspiring room where I can focus on an audio editing project.
I work weekends only so I can have extra time to work on the project and do some self-schooling with a view to creating my own work.
I'm willing to offer a diligent hand around the house in return for the time and place to work on my project after my chores are done.
A room that is isolated from common areas where I can work without distraction is ideal.
I wouldn't consider myself a handyman, caregiver or cook, but I have no problem scrubbing the tubs.
I'm the type of person that appreciates a nice home and glad to help with things without being asked.
I can be available to assist with daily or weekly tasks late mornings and early afternoons and like to work on my project quietly in the evenings and during the afternoon on free days when possible.
Then on afternoons & evenings I'll be working at the hospital.
