40 year old male seeking rental (Seattle)

Hi this posting is for myself(Nathan 40 M) and my dog Zeus who is a well trained 13 year old malamute.
I work for Pike Place Market as a maintenance mechanic and I currently live in International District.
We are looking for a rental with or without roommates.
I make $4800+ monthly so I am looking for something 1k-1800 monthly depending on the rental.
What we are looking for is a place that has a large dog door and back yard for Zeus and lots of parks and nature near by.
I can install a dog door if possible? So about me is that I enjoy playing sports as well as camping hiking swimming … going to the pub occasionally.
I like to go to the sauna play basketball, work out and swim at the gym… things like that.
I keep a very clean and tidy home and am very quiet usually hanging out watching comedies during my down time at home.
Just looking for some like minded individuals in or around Seattle.
I do drive so I’m looking for a 20-30 min travel time to work in downtown Seattle.
