Looking for room to rent (Tacoma)

Looking for a room to rent near my work ( s orchard st and s 56th St ) working as a caregiver full time.
Can afford 600-650$ for rent and looking for somewhere that allows pets.
I'm 26 years old and female so I prefer to have female roommates as well; I'm clean respectful and responsible.
