RV family looking for temporary RV location (Within 45min of Tacoma)

Hello, I have a family of 3 kids and my wife and I with little dog and old bigger dog.
We are looking for a RV spot until we get enough time and money at my new Job to buy a house.
My wife home schools and is pretty busy going to parks and play dates.
If you have kids around our kids age it can be a plus.
We are pretty private people and can give references from our last RV neighbors.
The current place we are living might be selling the property so we want to be prepared.
We are a spiritual family who believe in traditional family values.
We also wouldn’t mind to have background checks as well as you because we have kids.
Our RV is a four slide out 40’ grand design.
I even bought scaffolding so I can wax it, I like to keep our things nice and tighty.
