ISO spot to park or caretaking position (Issaquah)

Looking for a spot to park my van or a caretaking position in Issaquah or Seattle area June-September.
I will be working a lot throughout the summer and just need a place to park my small mobile home on wheels.
I'm very self contained, but wouldn't mind a caretaking position if that were an option.
I'm a 31 year old tandem paragliding pilot with lots of construction and handy man experience.
My hours are flexible and can do chores, projects, or remodeling jobs that need attention as well.
