Hello there, I am in search of a garage/shopdominium near Redmond to store my Camaro in/potentially live in (if possible).
The location would preferably be close to town center but the furthest would be Carnation/Duvall (East), Woodinville (north) and Sammamish (south) and Bellevue (west).
Preferably I'd be able to do light work on my cars and power would be present for the occasional use of my welder but I am open to options and am fine with stipulations if required.
The car will remain mobile the majority of the time and would only be downed temporarily for maintenance after track days/auto cross.
I am inherently a very tidy person and would be happy to accommodate quiet hours as needed.
Additionally, I am very handy and know how to weld, fabricate, woodwork, etc.
so if you need a hired hand at your facility/shop/house for odd jobs I'd be happy help where/when I can.
A little bit more about me, I am 27 years old, a manufacturing engineer at PACCAR, maintain a good credit score, and stay active throughout the week.
Main reason I am looking for a new garage is my landlord is terminating the lease to tear the house down.
