I am seeking housing for my father.
He currently lives with me, my wife and daughter in North Bend, WA.
He is a retired, quiet, Christian man in his early 70s.
He is very healthy and completely independent with his daily activities.
But my wife and I will be having a second child soon and don't have the space for him to continue living with us in our home.
Since he is retired (not employed but receiving social security and a pension), we don't want that to become a barrier for him to live near us.
To that end, we're helping him find a place nearby and we're happy to co-sign any agreements to ensure you have confidence that rent will be paid timely.
He has no pets, has never smoked, and is generally neat.
He prefers a fairly minimal lifestyle.
He has a graduate degree in psychology, has a keen interest in healthy living, is quite handy with basic household stuff, and loves finding good deals at the grocery store.
