If so, the Selling Partner Support team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to build and manage large-scale technology initiatives that impact our Selling Partners and Support Associates positively.
Third-party sellers represent significant value to Amazon’s online retail customers and Selling Partner Support (SP-Support) drives success for these sellers through a combination of people, processes and services.
We are the primary interface between Selling Partners and Amazon by building communication tools that sellers use to receive help, and by driving cross-functional initiatives to improve the seller experience.
Additionally, we possess a wealth of data regarding the reason sellers contact us for help and we use this information to identify and drive improvements to our seller solutions across the Company.
Key job responsibilities As a Senior TPM in the SP-Support organization, you will lead highly visible projects with dozens of stakeholders.
You will collaborate directly with stakeholders across Product, Engineering and Science teams to build systems that harness the power of NLP including Large Language Models (LLM), to extract insights, generate content and create transformative experiences for our Selling Partners and Associates.
You will ensure the teams are delivering the highest quality products and services predictably while meeting the technical needs of our community.
The role will require constant balance between long term product vision along with addressing immediate needs, driving an incremental approach that is metrics and data driven.
You will need to articulate technology choices and decisions to a diverse group and be able to influence them.
It will require communicating effectively with leaders across Director and VP level on a regular basis while ensuring that the teams are aligned and stakeholders are aware of key performance indicators.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
