Vintage Coleman 242C 1944 Lantern.
Green over brass Font.
Dated 9-4.

Good condition.
Clean.
Seems complete and correct (later Globe).
Vent is nice but with 1 chip on the top and chips by the handle slots.
Large chipped area on the edge.
Font is undented and paint is excellent with a few scratches and chips on the bottom edge.
No rust.
The Model # is not stamped on the frame rest but the lantern has the features of a 242C.
Lantern will need the usual light maintenance to be functional.
Untested.
