We always have a blast at this resort and twice have gone for our kid's senior year high school trips with lots of other families! Great place for just a couple or to take kids of any age with something to do for everyone! It would also be a great place for a girl's trip, guy's golf trip, or a bachelor or bachelorette party! Or a honeymoon! : ) The two beds in the bedroom can be pushed together (the staff at the Rose will do it) and make one oversized king bed for you! We have rented the unit out to two dads who took their kids for a senior spring break trip so think about sharing the unit with a friend and their kid, too, and splitting the cost! Or maybe a mom or dad wants to take their son or daughter and a friend or two which we know people who have done that, too.
The unit available for rent is a LUXURY ONE BEDROOM ONE BATH suite that sleeps six.
There are two comfortable double beds in the bedroom with an adjoining continental bath with a separate shower and toilet compartment and a sink, too.
In the main living area is a kitchenette with a good size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink and dishes for six, too.
Nicely stocked!
The living space includes a pull out sofa where two more can easily sleep on and if you need a cot you can always have one brought to the room, too.
We have done this before and had 3 kids sleeping out in the living area.
There is a table with four chairs, too!
We love to be on the ground floor so we can walk in and out easily and not have to worry about stairs or elevators but if you prefer you can request a higher floor with a balcony, too.
They assign the rooms at check in and I always go check them out before we commit! If you are on the ground floor you'll get a patio outside your slider and can enjoy the gorgeous well maintained landscaping that the Rose has to offer and it's a quick walk to poolside or beachside or the front lobby!
Daily maid service is included in your stay which is awesome, too! And towels by the pool! There is also a patio behind the lobby that we nicknamed "The Teen Center" as the WIFI is HOT there! Great little grocery store onsite, too, that is fully stocked with just about everything you could need during your stay!
Great spa onsite for lots of services (for an additional cost) and also a work out room.
The Rose also has an OPTIONAL "all inclusive" plan and we can call the Pueblo Bonito and get pricing for you if you are interested in that.
As an owner we can get better rates on the all inclusive price than you could if you did it directly through the resort.
The all inclusive plan does have to be paid up front ahead of time and you pay that to the resort and you will get a confirmation to show at check in.
I highly recommend the all inclusive package! It includes all your food and alcohol! You can also use all the restaurants and bars next door at the Blanco and also at Sunset Beach, too, where you can take a free shuttle right from the Rose! The "all inclusive package" also includes complimentary WIFI.
I can't say enough about the amenities that the Rose has! The pool is awesome for lounging on lawnchairs all day or you can sit on the lawnchairs on the beach, too, and haggle with the beach vendors! The wait staff will find you any place and offer you up cocktails or delicious food! There is a great terrace restaurant that serves a delicious breakfast and lunch and dinner.
We also just love to sit at the oceanside bar and watch the action on the beach and in the ocean.
Great place for Happy Hour cocktails, too! Cilantros next door at the Blanco is also great or you can buy fresh made tamales from a lady who comes and sets up her cooler behind the resort the other direction away from town.
They are delicious! The real thing!
From the Rose it's a short walk on the beach to the "Mango Deck" where the late teens and 20 somethings like to hang out during the day and it's also a short walk to "The Office" and "Ediths" which are both great restaurants.
If you go to "The Office" go on Sunday or Thursday when the shows are and you'll need reservations.
Watch out for "Rambo" when he comes around with his shots of tequila! We found lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Lots of great restaurants in town or go clubbing to Squid Row, Mandala's, Giggling Marlin and Cabo Wabo to name a few!
There are tons of activities you can do right out front of the Rose like parasailing, take a glass bottom boat to "Lover's Beach," or rent a jet ski! You can book your activities through the hotel but we find you can get much better deals by bargaining on the beach or at a little booth just beyond the entrance to the Blanco.
It's fun to see all the cruise ships come into the bay and anchor out front, too! There is also a complimentary shuttle if you want to go over and enjoy one of the sister resorts for the day.

We can also give you information on a great airport shuttle service we have used! It's very reasonable, too! We have never rented a car while in Cabo!
We are asking $1,500 CASH ONLY (or Venmo, Zelle or Paypal) for the week which is only $214 per night! This is a great deal for this time of year in Cabo and a way better deal than booking it online through a vacation website or through the Rose.
We will call the Rose and change the reservation into your name (we've done this many times before) and all will be good upon check in! : ) You will get a confirmation with your name on it.
