Wanted: Mother-like friend / volunteer life coach (Kenmore)

I have been feeling a bit down off and on lately and having trouble staying focused on my goals.
It would really help me to find preferably an older woman friend who can be a sort of mentor to me.
Someone comfortable with working with a man in his mid 30s, and who can probably help me get organized and back on track.
