Disabled person needs car, has computer parts to trade and cash - $4,000 (Seattle)

Hi, I’m a disabled person who is having a very hard time riding the bus and I would really appreciate if you have a car you don’t need that runs ok you would be willing to sell me, I have been saving what little I can from my disability checks and I have about $3000, I also have some computers parts that are high end and new, the cpu,mb, and ram only used for 1 month.
There’s a 15 13600k cpu, 32gb Ddr5 7200, asus z790-h mb, new in box 4tb m.
2 sad, a new Corsair HS80 headset, and a new h700i case by NZXT, it’s almost everything you need to build a new pc except a PSU, gpu, and cooler.
