Looking for solar panels - $1 (SEATTLE)

I have a small BIPOC hemp company, LeBlanc CNE.
We work with both WSU and the USDA focusing on fiber hemp, things like paper, textiles, and bioplastic.
I'm building a solar hot water heater.
It'll be used to process fiber hemp in the field at the time of harvest.
I'm building tools myself without a budget.
