Our growing team is in need of an Transportation Manager for our West Coast Branch Operations.
*What You'll Do:* Our Transportation Manager position is responsible for the safe and timely operation of all Steeler’s vehicles and drivers in at all branches.
*What We Offer:* * $60k-$70k base * 401(k) with company match * Medical/Dental/Vision Package * Work Life Balance and Culture *Day to Day:* * Monitor vehicle and equipment maintenance at all branches * Assists and facilitates repairs of equipment * Monitors driver certifications and training * Ascertain equipment depreciation and make recommendations for new purchases * Adherence to all DOT/OSHA guidelines * Completes registration renewals, new purchase paperwork and permits *What Makes You a Good Fit:* * 5+ years of fleet management * 5+ years of DOT regulations across multiple states * Background in heavy equipment maintenance * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via written and spoken word * Knowledge and operation of Asset Management software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,000.
