The Position: We are seeking to fill an Asset Management Commercial Facility Program Administrator position.
We are looking for someone to lead the Commercial, Condo and SHA Facilities Management team.
These workgroups oversee day to day operations, planning and coordination of services, budget, and strategy for SHA’s 60+ Commercial spaces, $1.
5M Antenna contract, 12 Condominiums, and all large facilities that support SHA staff.
The Administrator plays an integral role in the Asset Management Operations Division that coordinates services for the department and agency wide efforts to advance race and social justice by centering the customer experience and maximize the use of agency assets to best serve the Seattle community.

The ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
An additional four years of relevant experience may be substituted
Advanced degree in relevant field preferred
Five or more years of experience in program or services management
Three years of supervisory experience
Two years of experience related to property management with a focus on commercial and facilities
Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and oversight of program staff
Manage the day-to-day operations, policies, and processes for assigned programs and services
Oversee and continuously develop a multi-dimensional set of services and programs to meet strategic outcomes
Maintain current knowledge and ensure program or service strategies are compliant with applicable regulations and best practices to meet strategic outcomes
Identify and pursue systems change goals that aid in improving access, resources, and outcomes to programs or services
Oversee and expand internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders and the community to leverage knowledge and resources to improve programs and services
Oversee and manage program communications
Strategically manage, develop, and foster financial resources
