*Job Summary*
This position oversees the implementation, development, and maintenance of our enterprise applications.
*Primary Duties And Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap
* Manage the implementation of enterprise applications, including Dynamics Finance & Operations, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and retail
* Ensure that enterprise applications are running smoothly and efficiently
* Manage the development and maintenance of enterprise applications, including upgrades, new features, and bug fixes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise applications are meeting business needs
* Provide technical expertise and support to end-users
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to enterprise applications
* Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations
* Manage the enterprise applications team, including hiring, training, and performance management
*Education And Experience*
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in enterprise applications management
* Experience in Dynamics Finance & Operations, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and retail
*Knowledge And Skills*
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
* Knowledge of security and privacy regulations
* Experience managing a team of developers and/or analysts
*Working Standards*
* Hybrid schedule, will be required to work on site in office on assigned days
