Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Serving our alcohol-based creations (e.
g.
prosecco floats, wine + ice cream pairings, draft beer) and food * Providing team member/store supervision * Greeting all of our customers with a fast and friendly personalized service * Providing prompt and courteous service, actively participating in floor operations * Enforcing a clean and tidy work environment * Creating a culture of hospitality that inspires our team to take care of each other * Upholding product quality standards (of upmost importance) It is always important to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example to our entire team.
A Scoopologist has responsibilities for opening and closing the store as needed.
In addition, a food handlers permit and a MAST 12 permit are both required.
