Position Title: Product Leader
Location: Bellevue, WA (On-site)

The Product Leader will develop the overall vision for our product and ensure that the roadmap for each of the verticals is in line with this vision.
In addition, increases the company's success within existing product lines.
The spectrum of tasks ranges from innovative product innovations to optimizing the efficiency of existing products.
In addition to this, will lead a team, and develop visions and sustainable strategies in order to build on the success in close cooperation with all company cross-functional departments.
Through entrepreneurial thinking and action, experience in the market, deep understanding of all processes and methods in product management and technical development, the successful candidate will lead and raise the company to the next level.
Will apply proven methods from product management, for example in accordance with Open Product Management Workflow™, and consistently pass this knowledge to other leaders in collaboration.
What you’ll do: • Develop product vision and strategy by working backward from the customer and defining/driving overall product strategies and roadmaps.
• Define use cases, analyze potential customer and financial implications, and ultimately choose the most promising path for the strategy • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap, in order to establish company goals/objectives • Pro-active, able to show initiative and suggest ideas to constantly improve the workflow and output • Create and present visionary innovations and strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases • Drive prioritization across multiple development teams and communication with internal stakeholders including user testing with customers, go-to-market strategy with product marketing, and the adoption plan with Sales • Understand the user needs deeply, be obsessed with usage metrics, and build customer empathy through online channels, one-on-one interviews, and shadowing exercises to observe, listen, and learn how people use and experience the platform • Design user-centric experiences throughout their engagement journey • Be adept at applying Machine Learning concepts and tools that are specifically designed to augment the Product Leader’s decision-making • Understand and suggest potential new revenue Skills & Qualifications: • 10+ years of technology product leadership experience; preferably from the health and wellbeing industry • 5+ years of leadership experience leading teams, and or departments • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver products/services • Strong decision-making skills regarding design and user experience, and an analytic background to track the adoption and performance of your program • Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies • Familiarity with tech and start-up environment preferred • Ability to manage the life cycle of a new product • Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments • Strong cross-group collaboration • Strong people management and leadership skills Pay & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position is $190,000-$2500,000.
Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.
00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service.
