*Position Overview:*
*1st Shift: Mon thru Fri 8am-4:30pm*
This position is located in our Seattle, WA location.

The warehouse lead will oversee and participate in the daily shipping, receiving, storing, inventory cycle counting and issuing of goods to our customers.
And shall support the required safety & service level measures to maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness, in addition to OTIF service levels and enforces Goods Manufacturing Practices and Food Defense.
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Responsible for practicing a good safety demeanor and makes safety a priority
* Responsible to maintain good building hygiene in accordance with GMP’s and quality procedures
* Responsible for coordinating daily tasks as needed
* Print & prepare receiving documents for inbound PO’s/STO’s
* Verify BOL’s to company PO/STO’s for quantity, quality, Lot numbers, adhering to proper inbound/outbound carrier inspection log procedures
* Process PO/STO documentation into SAP
* Communicate any inbound variances to Purchasing
* Generates daily orders and pick tickets
* Update Opendock in real time
* Plan daily routes in Road Show
* Schedule backhauls on Own Truck
* Invoice daily deliveries for SAP
* Process and assign daily routes in DeTrack
* Provide customers with any requested CoA technical data sheets
* Review delivered invoices for any OS&D
* Inventory Control – (cycle counting, verifying discrepancies, repositioning materials to proper locations)
* Pick orders & move product following required scanning and verification procedures, including FEFO and as directed by SAP
* Safely stack, load & unload products accurately and without damage
* Able to lift, up to 60 lbs.

*Qualifications & Experience:*
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
* Computer literacy
* Effective communicational skills
* Effective leadership skills
* Customer Service
* Class B commercial license is preferred, meeting state and federal requirements
