Job Description: Responsibilities: Establish partnerships across the IoT/MVNO organization and the enterprise to define, develop, manage, and drive execution of the product roadmap based on business and customer needs.
Write product requirements documents, ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, and development teams.
Participate in technical design and architecture with cross functional teams – network architects and engineers, IT architects, and various back office teams for successful development and implementation of the requirements.
Responsible for defining product features, documenting product requirements and collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams to drive product feature implementation.
Responsible for determining technical impacts, problem solving and proposing solutions.
Recognizes and communicates technical challenges to stakeholders and makes educated trade-off decisions with the team.
Provide support to partners and internal operational teams to resolve partner issues related to billing, network connectivity and network performance.
Technical Training to potential and current Customers and internal teams.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in telecommunication network technologies with a focus on technical product management and/or product development.
Strong experience with wholesale or enterprise billing systems, APIs and wireless products.
Experience in working with large enterprise customers, influencing and collaborating with the customer’s business and technology teams to build product strategy, roadmaps and execute product development.
Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
Experience in working with cross functional teams to develop and deliver software based solutions using agile methodologies.
Experience with products and solutions in the BSS/OSS domain IoT/MVNO product experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals.
Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas.
Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related.
