” The Purpose of the WW Ops Privacy Team is to manage privacy for the Amazon Operations Organization.

This leader acts as a privacy subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to ensure customer trust and privacy is factored into all decisions.
Key job responsibilities
Support the Ops PBR community lead by:
- Monitoring workflow SLAs
- Managing communication with Ops PBRs
- Driving Ops PBR engagement mechanims
- Reporting and communication to leadership about program health and wins.
- Triaging ticketing and support requests
- Managing Ops PBR onboarding and offboarding mechanisms
- Liaising with other PBR communities across Amazon

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Previous Privacy Program Management experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
