The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead the restaurant team responsible for the overall food and beverage experience in the hotel.
This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience within the food and beverage operations.
Other duties may include responding to guest inquiries, overseeing shifts, and ensuring food and beverage standards are met within the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Additionally, this position will gain exposure to other operational areas in an effort to promote growth and cross-development of talent with the operational departments.
This is an hourly position with compensation ranging from $23.

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Experience and a thorough understanding of Food & Beverage operations
Fulfill a flexible schedule and shift pattern based on hotel business needs, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care to guests and colleagues so they can be their best
