Westwind Organics is a 200+ acre certified organic commercial vegetable farm located in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley in NW Washington State.
We grow roughly 30 commodities with a heavy emphasis on lettuce, broccoli, bunched greens, cabbage, celery, and winter storage crops.

Primary responsibilities:
• Oversee green house, crop production, harvest, and packing operations
• Provide proper training for all crews regularly
• Manage, coordinate, and communicate daily with crews and management
• Ensure high quality standards are achieved
• Analyze farming practices to optimize yields
• Create a positive, fair, and respectful work environment
• Ensure compliance with our food safety program
• Develop systems to use labor efficiently
Requirements:
• Agriculture Experience: 5 years
• Management Experience: 2 years
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Organic crop experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 Apps
Schedule:
• Monday through Saturday (May thru November)
• Monday through Friday (December thru April)
