We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth minded individual to be our Branch Manager in our Seattle/Kirkland Office we broaden our presence throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of Management experience in the Roofing industry
7 or more years of experience working with Roofing materials and systems
Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer functions
A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Essential Functions:
Provide first class customer service to new and existing customers
Provide strong leadership and direction while managing and developing our staff and field employees
Set the tone for a positive work culture
Ensure all work is conducted safely, with quality and to meet production goals
Sell and estimate roofing service work and maintenance programs
Responsible for financial success of branch location.
Act as a back-up to Project Manager, Service Manager, and Estimators
Act as liaison between branch location and corporate office
Knowledge/Skills:
Proven leadership knowledge and ability to hire, manage, and lead teams
Ability to understand all phases of roofing construction
Ability to understand commercial and residential roof system designs
Regularly communicate with team members regarding job status
Effective communication with corporate office, other contractors, project management, sales, and customers
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to safely utilize a ladder and other tools/equipment
Ability to operate a computer and applicable software programs
Ability to perform intermediate math functions
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Present with professionalism and be of good moral character
Ability to problem solve, take action, and execute on tasks and priorities.
Ability to set and attain goals and objectives related to branch location; revenue, sales, profit
