Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Maintenance to join our dynamic team.
The Regional Director of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple locations within our Washington/Nevada region and willing to travel to our Tennessee region.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing maintenance programs and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and minimize downtime.
· Provide leadership and direction to maintenance teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational goals.
· Manage maintenance budgets and expenses to achieve cost-effective solutions.
· Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and reliability.
· Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
