Senior Product Manager - Digital Revenue

This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.
Redfin is revolutionizing the $75 billion real estate industry.
We use data, beautiful software, and innovative design to put customers first at every step in the home-buying and selling process.
As an example, we have our own Mortgage Marketplace to offer financing solutions to Redfin’s 50M+ unique monthly visitors.
The digital revenue/monetization team is a scrappy startup within Redfin that is changing the way that Redfin users can get value from our products.
We look for opportunities and identify partnerships across the buying and selling real estate journey to provide customers with access to better information, services, and opportunities to make better decisions about real estate.
This role will collaborate closely with Redfin’s website, app, and brokerage teams to understand how to weave these solutions into the overall Redfin experience.
We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to help us chart our path forward to this vision, figure out the tools and experiences we need to build, and work with design and engineering to deliver those solutions.
The Role Rally a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products Identify, prioritize, and execute on product improvements, big and small, to increase Redfin’s overall digital revenue Work with stakeholders across businesses to build a cohesive experience and navigate tradeoffs.

5+ years of Product Management experience working with a team to build and deliver new products or experiences.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $127,900.

Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.
