Skyline is growing, and we are adding Health Services Sales Director! This role will be an important advisor for prospective residents, their families, internal and external partners, and our TA team to help drive move-ins to our wonderful community! Our Health Services Sales Director: Proactively identifies potential residents through various channels (referrals, events, online inquiries, etc.
).
Responds promptly to inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Creates and attend networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings to expand your network.
Trains new team members as they gain experience to support the sales effort Reinforces the community’s brand reputation and achieve maximum occupancy goals Maintain regular communication with inquiries throughout their decision-making process and develop creative next steps to help guide them to a decision.
Effectively sells the community to seniors and their families and initiates the follow through necessary to ensure community census goals are met.
Delivers a first impression aligned with our Culture of Excellenceand serves as a resource and point of contact for those interested in senior living.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record in closing sales, and leads in Senior Living (Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facility experience Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel / hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred (i.
e.
, CCRC, active adult, assisted living, skilled nursing, long term care, hospice, hospital, or home health) Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills.
Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week as needed (usually a Tuesday-Saturday schedule) as well as some evenings as necessary.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other tools (e.
