ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Product Quality Manager represents Quality and Safety through the Lifecycle of Peloton Products.
This role will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure Quality and Safety goals are met.
The Sr.
Product Quality Manager is the key interface to all Quality functions to ensure deliverables are met.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Partner with multi-functional teams to ensure Quality and Safety requirements are being met and capture risks Responsible for Quality deliverables through various milestones of Product Development process Lead multi-functional Quality teams through Product Development including Supplier Quality, Reliability, Validation, and Design Quality Communicate Quality and Safety risk and status to the leadership team and other key partners Lead Design Risk Assessment and Mitigation Lead issue management and resolution during all phases of Product Development Lead the pro-active initiatives of Quality with applied Quality tools and processes Advocate during the Product Development process with Quality gates mindset Develop solution focused on product quality and business needs YOU BRING TO PELOTON BS in Science or Engineering (or higher education) 3 or more years working in Product Development of Electro-Mechanical Products (Fitness Equipment) with 3 or more years working in a Product Quality Role Strong Engineering and Manufacturing experience Knowledge of Best Practices in Engineering and Manufacturing Leadership Experience with multi-functional teams or direct management of a team Deep understanding of Design Quality Assurance and Risk Management Processes Data-driven; Ability to apply Product Test Data, Field Data, and Business Analysis to lead decision-making Passionate about Quality and Safety Effective multi-functional Voice of Quality and able to build multi-functional partnerships to achieve goals Communication/language requirements (international roles) International and domestic travel up to 30% [#LI-HYBRID] [#LI-VV1] The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA office.
The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
